1. Drag the welcome email from ownyourlife@salblue.com to your primary inbox. The daily lesson notifications come from the same place — you want them landing where they should, not in Promotions or Spam.
2. Set your password from the systeme.io account email so you can log in tomorrow morning without scrambling.
For the next 30 days, your only job is to show up. 12–15 minutes a day. The challenge isn't hard because the work is hard — it's hard because most people quit by Day 7.
